Leadership

Arjun Mehta

Arjun Mehta

Founder & Chairman

"I grew up in hotels. My father managed a 40-room guesthouse in Jaipur. I learned that hospitality isn't about thread count — it's about making someone feel that their comfort is your purpose. Everything Pearl has become started with that lesson."

Sofia Lindström

Sofia Lindström

Chief Executive Officer

"Arjun built the soul of Pearl. My job is to scale it without losing it. Every time we open a new property, I ask one question: would Arjun's father recognize this as hospitality? If the answer is no, we start over."
